The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was updated, new-fashioned. The service offered was FANTASTIC. Moreover, it was easy to park on site. The location was perfect and magnificent and the staff members were very very helpful.

Decent sized and functional room, everything was fine. Lots of good food for meals. A sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room and the comfortable bed. Easy check-in and fantastic customer service. Fast internet, parking on site.

It's an absolutely fantastic hotel in the really clean building. Pleasant restaurant, great food, people working here are very helpful. The rooms are updated and neat and complete with tasty free Spanish breakfast and very comfortable bed plus the bathroom.

The location in a nice area was good and excellent and there were commercial centres and shops nearby. Had lunch/dinner at Wokwei, which I found at a walking distance from the hotel.

Booked the hotel for its perfect and magnificent location close enough to a large shopping centre, a mall that has many shops as well as restaurants and movie theatres, and the restaurant.

The staff at Ibis were extremely helpful when I had trouble finding the hotel using my navigation system. They went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I arrived safely. The hotel was also conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. The clean and well-maintained facilities, including the free enclosed parking, added to the overall positive experience. Despite a minor setback with the vegan options not being extensive, there were still some suitable choices available. The comfortable bed and proximity to a nearby shopping mall were appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.
